Certified Organic Seed Potatoes. These potatoes have passed Washington State's certification program. Our northern grown seed potatoes are firm and beautiful. Choose Mid-March or April ship date. Growing instructions included with order.

NOTE: If ordered with fall garlic, potatoes will ship separately in the Spring. Potatoes cannot be shipped to Idaho.

Generally 1 pound of seed will yield 5-10 pounds of potatoes.

Banana Fingerling Potato

The superstar of the fingerlings and the easiest to grow. Developed in the Baltic Region of Europe/Asia and heralded as excellent for salads, it is a favorite among chefs and gourmet markets. Yellow banana-shaped, waxy tubers with firm texture that have wonderful flavor baked, boiled and steamed. High yielding with good disease resistance. Mid-Season. 90 days.

French Fingerling Potato

Vibrant rosy skin with creamy yellow flesh that contains a streak of pink. A truly striking potato. Very versatile and easy to clean in the kitchen. Different from other Fingerling varieties in it's uniformity, larger size, and excellent production. Stores well. Mid-Season. 85-110 days.

Ozette Fingerling Potato

This fingerling potato was brought from South America to NW Washington State coast by Spanish Explorers in the late 18th century. They abandoned their fort and these potatoes were found and grown by the Makah people. Thin skin, creamy yellow flesh, winner of taste tests. Late-Season. 100 days.

Purple Peruvian Fingerling Potato

Purple through and through, small to medium tubers with many eyes. A true Peruvian variety that produces well in northern hemispheres. A great conversation piece and a sure fire market potato. Mealiest of the fingerlings, delicious when fried and awesome when roasted. Late-Season. 100 days.
